A COMPASSIONATE, FAMILY-CENTERED APPROACH

Therapy that meets you where you are

Struggling with substance use and mental health, or watching someone you love struggle? You don't have to face it alone.

My sessions are grounded in motivational interviewing and invitational approach, built on trust rather than confrontation. Together, we'll look at what's happening, identify the underlying concerns, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Whether you're navigating hopelessness and helplessness, we'll set realistic goals and expectations for a measurable outcome.

FAMILY SUPPORT

You Are Not Alone

Addiction doesn't just affect the individual; it affects the whole family. That's why we created FAMILY MATTERS, a biweekly support group held on Zoom every other Monday evening from 7 to 8:30pm.

In a round-robin format, family members come together to share, learn, and receive guidance from Woody directly. The group offers education and prevention strategies for anyone supporting a loved one through recovery, so you don't have to carry the weight of it by yourself.

A suggested $15 Venmo contribution supports your participation in the group.
